FLORENCE, ITALY: The Onice Restaurant at Villa La Vedetta has entered the Michelin Guide's Hall of Fame. The restaurant opened just a year ago. It took only a few months to the Onice Lounge Bar and Restaurant, run by the young chef Andrea Accordi, to earn the Michelin Star, immediately after having been included in the Espresso Guide, which praised its elegant setting, impeccable service and comprehensive wine list featuring mainly important Tuscan reds.
